Classes are over, Graduation is in a few days… Hopefully soon we’ll get the comic back up and running! Hope you guys are looking forward to it!
Continuing in my series of interviews with the Artists at Cup of Comics, I sat down with the talented Fil Romero and asked her about her series, Chameleon Charm Well, to start off, why not introduc…
Hey guys! I was recently interviewed about my inspirations and processes regarding Chameleon Charm! Check out Part 1 of the interview at the link above and the other two parts below:
Some of the other members of Cup of Comics have also gone through similar interviews, so be sure to check those out, as well as the rest of the blog, as it has interviews and information regarding lots of other webcomics!
Aaaaaand we had to have a counterpart image for Sigfried. Look at my badass little boy here~
Badass Ferdinand doodle that turned into a big, pretty project of awesome : )
Lincoln and Veronica like to misbehave when Sigel wants to take a nice picture. They frankly think this is a nice picture and that Sigel’s just nitpicky.
Ferdinand’s a sad, sad fellow. It’s cold and snowy here as of late, and he hates it. That also explains the sweater.
Drawn awhile ago when working on the first few pages of CC, here was a reference sheet for Veronica’s pajamas. However, it lost the plaid stripes during the colour process, mainly because it was simpler to just make them one solid colour.
“Bring it on, Winter.”
It hasn’t snowed yet here but remember, Ferdinand absolutely hates the snow, cold, and winter in general. That of course, would not stop Veronica from whipping a snowball at his head.
Happy Birthday to me~
And note: Ferdinand made the cake. It’s safe.
Yeahhhh it’s my birthday~
Cause I may forget later today! Have a fun and safe Halloween everyone!
Cup of Comics Halloween Crossover - Day 1
Halloween’s fast approaching and we over at CoC decided to get into the festive spirit and have a little fun. We did a costume swap, where we each drew our comic characters dressed as one of the other members’ characters. By luck of the draw, I got Kirby’s Miss West.
So this year for our little CoC Halloween fun, we have little Veronica decked out in Jenny’s usual get up.
Here’s a coloured version of one of the pen sketches. I basically just de-saturated the colours so they look creepier.
Tim Burton Style : )
