The “finished” versions of my scuplts of Steampunk Ferdinand and Veronica. This is what I had done for my final in class, but maybe one day I’ll go back to play with them some more.
More Steampunk sculpts! Ferdinand has some attitude there.

How awesome! Racemaster45 made an avatar based off Ferdinand in ModNation Racers! Check it out!
Updated animatic with a different voice for Armon, cause I couldn’t stand mine being on there for him :P
Alrighty! As promised, here’s the animatic for Caged, complete with my crap voice acting for everyone, including Armon. It’s just a temporary sound track of course, there for timing purposes~
Voices will change of course for the actual film, which I will have to look for this summer before Fall classes start
The logo for Caged.
It’s kinda… a work in progress, because I was speeding along in Illustrator, and I hate that program. I just wanted to have something for my presentation on Monday.
Also, I do have the animatic for it done (even with my shoddy voice acting) and I’ll post it, but under one condition: If this gets at least 40 Notes - likes, replies, reblogs, whatever.
Simple character sheets I did up for my planned Senior Film, Caged, which focuses on Sigfried’s background. These are the main characters that will (more than likely :P) appear in the film:
- Sigfried Clarke: The young, sicky boy of a well-known General. He’s is kept locked up in his house most of time, where he spends most of it behind his desk studying, as way to compensate for his poor health. A chance encounter with a local street rat interrupts this set routine for the boy, leading him to question his current lifestyle.
- Ferdinand: An orphan who lives off the streets of the capital city of Junction. The intrigue of the mystery of the young boy who lives in the Clarke Estate, as well as the search for his missing pet chameleon leads Ferdinand to climb the wall many of the other street urchins avoid like the plague.
- Ermen: Ferdinand’s pet chameleon. The little lizard slips out of the grip of his owner and his escape eventually leads to the meeting of the two young boys.
- General Armon Clarke: Sigfried’s father and prominent figure in the country’s military and government systems. Armon is more or less embarrassed of his son’s physical health and keeps him away from public view. He has a poor view on those less fortunate than himself and only wants what’s best for his family name and reputation.
Oh, also there’s a height chart. I love height charts.
Some WIP screens of the Maya model of Sigfried’s room I’m doing up - just cause. Still have to do up some lamps and probably his medicine bottles. It’s just for fun and will probably be used for camera angle reference for when I do the layouts of his room for animation purposes
Determination and patience. Also, be sure to write everything down, or you might forget it and forgetting important information for your story and characters can be a bugger, especially if you wanted to utilize it for something. I can’t really say I have any good tips other than that though, because I’m fairly new to this too. I just post a lot of stuff : P

I posted this last week, but here’s an updated version where you can actually see things :P
Well, because of school, my work on the comic has been limited. So… at the super earliest now, I can probably say I hope to have it released by the summer. But don’t hold me to that >< It depends on how hectic Finals get.
But once I get things going and get enough stuff out, I hope to print it and sell it at my booths are the Artist Alleys I got to at various conventions. Until then, it’ll probably just be available on the web to read. And publishing? Haha no idea.
But thanks for the support and patience! :D
Yeah, I use a combo of a Wacom Intuos4 Pen tablet and Paint Tool SAI. However, sometimes I draw things on paper, scan ‘em in and colour ‘em digitally. Depends on my mood :)
